Mr. Yashovardhan Sinha

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Yashovardhan Sinha is the Promoter and Managing director of the company. He has completed his graduation in the field of Arts from the University of Ranchi. He had joined Punjab National Bank in 1981 as management trainee and took voluntary retirement from bank service from the post of Senior Manager in the year 2008, he possesses rich and diverse experience, including in a public sector bank, where he gained extensive exposure to financial management, operations, and strategic decision-making. After retirement he joined the Company. He is an Associate Member of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has more than 23 years of experience in trading, retail and restaurant industry. He is responsible for the overall growth and development of the Company and for taking all key decisions in consultation with the Board. He joined the Company on 31st March 2009.

His dynamic leadership, foresight, and ability to anticipate market trends have been instrumental in steering the Company’s expansion and sustained profitability.

Mr. Sinha assumed the role of Managing Director on May 16, 2016, and continues to serve as Chairman and Managing Director. He has been pivotal in developing customer-centric strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening the Company’s brand equity.

Known for his integrity, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence, Mr. Sinha commands deep respect across the industry and among stakeholders. His continued guidance and leadership are expected to further propel the Company toward greater achievements in the years ahead

Mrs. Sunita Sinha

Whole-Time Director

Mrs. Sunita Sinha aged 56 Yrs, Graduate in the field of Arts from the University of Magadh. She is having extensive experience of 17 Yrs in various business verticals. She has been driving force in the Organization since its inception. She mainly looks into the operation of Beauty & Wellness vertical.

Mrs. Vandana Sinha

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Vandana Singh, aged 50 years, is Non Executive.Director of the Company. She has completed her graduation in the field of Arts from the University of Magadh. She look after the administration and supervision of human resources related functions in the Company. She joined the Company on July 25,2002.

Mrs. Meena Sharma

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Meena Sharma, aged 60 years, is Non Executive Director of the Company. She has done matriculation. She has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of beauty related services. She supervise the salon services of the Company. She joined the Company on 27th April 2004.

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Prasad Gupta

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Prasad Gupta, aged 48 years, is the Additional Independent Director of the Company. He Has completed his Bachelor of Arts from Magadh University and Diploma in Business Management from the Institute Of Management Technology, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal. He is working as Senior Telecom Operating Assistant (General) in BSNL since year 1994. He joined the Company on June 24, 2016.

Mr. Ravi Prakash Chamaria

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Ravi Prakash Chamria, aged 48 years, is the Additional Independent Director of the Company. He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of management Society, Lucknow. He is working as Chief Technology Officer in Biz2Credit Inc. Since 2007. He joined the Company on June 24, 2016.

Mr. Atul Sinha

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Atul Sinha has started his carrier as Probationary Officer, with “Sate Bank of Travancore” in the year 1982 for 8 months and in the year 1983 he joined “Andhra Bank” for 8 months only.He joined “UCO Bank” in November, 1983 again as Probationary Officer and rose to the rank of General Manager and worked across the Country as Branch Head, Zonal Head and Circle Head in operations and headed IT & BRP Department at the Head Office.

In the last 3 years of service beginning from April 2017, functioned as Chief Vigilance Officer of National Housing Bank, IFCI Ltd. & Oriental Bank of Commerce for different durations and retired from service on 31st December, 2019.

Nusrat Syed Hassan

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Nusrat Hassan is the Co-Managing Partner of Link Legal, a national law firm,withthree decades of experience as a practising corporate lawyer. His legal practice focuses on cross-border transactions and dispute resolution.He advises several international clients on their investments in India and regularly provides support to clients on their corporate transactions, entry strategies, and other commercial arrangements in India.

Mr. Hassan is dual qualified and eligible to practice law in India and England and Wales. A Chevening Scholar educated in UK and India, Mr. Hassan is a “thought leader” who regularly writes articles in reputed Indian and Foreign journals and speaks on many complex issues at national and international fora.

Mr. Hassan is the Co-Chair of Agricultural Law Section of the International Bar Association and an Ex-President of the Association of British Scholars and Member of Congress of Fellows of Centre of Legal Studies, Austria.He is a Director of the Indian Branch of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) United Kingdom, which is an international centre of excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution. He is a leading member of Bombay Bar Association and Society of Indian Law Firms.

Mr. Hassanhas received many accolades over the years including being recognised as one of India’s Top 100 Lawyers consecutively for 4 years in India Business Law Journal's 2021 ‘A-List’ of India's Top Lawyers.Mr. Nusrat Hassan is a ranked and recommended lawyer for Corporate and M&A in Chambers & Partners Global and Asia Pacific Rankings 2022.
